Web Access Contact Center Application
Our staff has working more than six years of dealing with call center application development, deployment. Initially, we implemented our solutions traditionally in PSTN environment. Using the gained experence we prepared several years in development as a VoIP-based call center application. The VoIP technology was not unknown to us,because also in 2000 and in 2001 we have developed based on this application. In that time it was just a simple cross platform VoIP client telephone/phone service software to facilitate phoning without corresponding server-side support. Unfortunately, in that time it was not available widely, adequate bandwidth Internet service, which would have allowed to our application to reach less call centers and it can effectively be used in everyday life.
During our development we aim to use the latest web technologies, paying attention to finished product to be extensible, secured, modular structured. We try to keep in mind the needs of our customers and we aim to build them in the future projects. We attach great importance to personal relations, and also to customer-focused supports.
